Uterus Prolapse Treatment
Patient of PROLAPSE UTERUS usually presents with heaviness in lower abdomen with feeling of something coming out per vaginally . Usually it is associated with rectocele & cystocele & in postmenopausal usually a vaginal hysterectomy with antero-posterior repair of pelvic floor is done, however in young (less common) women there are various sling surgeries which are available depending on the extent of prolapse. Patient usually presents with something coming out per vaginally, difficulty in evacuating urine completely & constipation, this is the result of pelvic floor weakening. In this surgery we strengthen the pelvic floor.

Very large fibroids may necessitate hysterectomy.
Ovarian Cyst Treatment
Formation of cyst in Ovary may produce a dull aching pain, that often gets aggravated during periods. The symptoms are directly corelated with size of ovarian cyst, and pressure effects.
Treatment of early cases is by medical management.
Unresponsive cysts or large cysts may need surgical removal by key hole surgery " laparoscopy "
PCOD Treatment
PCOD patients often present to Gynecologist clinic with Obesity, excessive hair growth, high blood sugar levels or menstrual disturbances.
Treatment is primarily medical; blood sugar control; exercises and lifestyle management.
Some patients may need hormonal therapy.
Endometriosis Treatment
Endometriosis occurs when the tissue lining the uterine wall ( endothelial tissue) is found outside the uterine cavity... in peritoneum or ovarian tissue. It causes bleeding or low backache.
Untreated cases may also lead to infertility.
Treatment of Endometriosis may be medical or surgical depending upon the severity. Hormonal treatment is sometimes indicated. Surgical exploration by laparoscopy may be required; or sometimes Hysterectomy.
